• Wire Art Jewelry with Debra Joy Peisner: Monday, July 21 (10am – 12pm) $10 members/$12 non-members. No experience necessary. Learn how to wrap a stone to make a pendant. Copper wire and stones provided or bring your own stone. Silver wire available for $12-$18 depending on stone size. Pre-registration required! Book Club 2.0 July Selection: Read or listen to Murder on the Red River by Marcie R. Rendon, then join the discussion on Monday, July 28 (10am -12pm). You can find the book at your local library or purchase it online. (Note: This novel may have content not suitable for all readers.)

• “Christmas Cookies & Cocoa” Colored Pencils with Mark Menendez: Saturday, July 19 (10am – 3pm) $65 members/$80 non-members. Supplies provided. Learn easy colored pencil techniques to create realistic-looking shiny surfaces, shadows, and reflections from award-winning artist Mark Menendez. The techniques learned in this workshop can also be applied to other media like pastels. Mark’s workshops are very popular & seats are limited, so sign up soon! Pre-registration required! • Pastels Paint-along Workshop: Saturday, July 26 (10am – 12pm) $20 members/$30 non-members. Supplies provided. No experience necessary. Whether you want to explore a new artistic medium or practice your pastels technique, this workshop is for you. All levels of experience welcome. (Great for beginners!) • Watercolors with Roxanne Taison Monday, August 4 (9:30am – 12pm): Develop your watercolor skills with artist Roxanne Tobiason! This workshop is great for beginners who want to explore watercolors as a medium, as well as for more experienced painters who want to practice watercolor techniques. In a paint-along format, Roxanne will guide you step-by-step and help you build colors layer-by-layer as you create a watercolor painting of a serene Florida beach scene. Pre-registration required!
