• MIXED MEDIA COLLAGE: Thursday, October 30 (10am – 12pm) $10 / $12 Supplies included. No experience necessary. Dive into autumn-themed art using paints, feathers, beads, and more. LEC BIRTHDAY PARTY & BASKET RAFFLE NEWS!
Spread the word! The Life Enrichment Center is celebrating its 45th Birthday on November 8, 2025 from 10 am to 2 pm. We’ll have art vendors, a basket raffle, and more.

• RAFFLE TICKETS: Tickets are now available for purchase online and in person  ($3 per ticket; 4 tickets for $10). Click HERE to purchase online.  However, the baskets are not quite ready for viewing; they will officially go on display soon.

• VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!  Volunteers are needed for 2-hour shifts to help with various tasks during the Birthday Bash. If you are interested, there is a sign up sheet at the L.E.C., call (813) 932-0241, or email info@LECtampa.org.

• WEEKDAY VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:  Please email info@LECtampa.org or talk to Bev if you are interested in help during the week with a variety of tasks. She will try to pair your skills and interests with our needs.

• THANKSGIBBONS FEAST 2025:  The sign up sheet for this year’s ThanksGibbons Feast (W 11/19 11:30a – 1:30p) is now available. Seating is limited, so sign up soon!

• FLORIDA STATE FAIR 2026: It’s that time again! Start thinking about your entries for the 2026 Creative Living Competitions at the Florida State Fair. Entry Forms will be available at the LEC starting Wednesday, November 12. If you would like the LEC to submit your art, your entry form and fee must be submitted no later than 3pm on Tuesday, November 25.
